My Family's First Flight in out Domestic Airline...Druk Air

I and my elder son (Pema Samdrup Norbu Wangchuk) were waiting for the Druk Air to land on the single stretch of the Yonphula Airport, once a helipad used by the Indian Army (most probably during the Indo-Chinese War).
The plane was supposed to land at 8:00 am but due to foggy weather at Paro International Airport, it could not make its take off at the scheduled time. I must mention that it was a wonderful sight to see an airport at such height, amongst thick fog, mist and cloud. The runway looks much broad but not broader as compared to the international standard runways.
At 9:30 am the roaring sound of the plane caught attention of my son and was trying hard to spot the plane at the azure sky (normally foggy, but that day it was perfect day) and told me to find it for him. It is not our first sighting as we had come here two weeks before to see off our Mummy and Nochu. He was eagerly excited to see the plane once again as I did. The deafening sound of the plane did not mind as long as we could get near the plane. For ordinary Bhutanese like us, it was a worthwhile experience to see a huge metal flying in the sky (where my wife had been nagging to explain to her, how is it possible for such thing....)  I had no words just to say, "it just flies the engines". For it would hard for her to comprehend if start to explain the PHYSICS behind it...so made it short.
For my family (Mummy and Nochu) it was their first flight, worth remembering and cherishing...but the cost is unforgettable too...

Nochu (Tenzin Namkhai Wangchuk) shows us the plane that he just flew in...
